massif morning

with the city enveloped in fog for weeks..I escaped to the mountains for some warmer weather. yes, was actually 15 degrees warmer at 4200 feet in elevation than it was at sea level! though i had to wait a couple hours after the sun rose to get that warm weather..was freezing up until then while mountain backdrops with cloudless skies at sunrise has been my luck this year..i welcomed the contrails from planes overhead as they made some interesting lines just in time for the sun to rise.
