nothing like ending a day of exploring around the washington peninsula than being at the beach for sunset. though the display was a lil dull..was still a spectacular sight and the perfect way to end a day of adventure :)

Oh my, how did I miss this one for so long.  Love how you managed to turn the usual centerpiece of this type of image into a mere counterpoint to the sun.  The waves, the light, everything just slides past seastacks to the horizon.  Well done, including the color balance.  The usn reflections in the foregound add yet another really nice touch to this.

lol..not sure, maybe because its only been the main image on my profile page since i posted it.. :P water action wasnt acting properly for a central focus with the spire (which im very grateful for)..was just lucky to have that sliver of light in the sky to balance it all out. appreciate the kind words, boyan..thank you :)
