Another beauty. The white of the snow gives the water an even more magical feeling. Vertical was the right way to go.

Hate to see winter arrive, but it does make for some beautiful photo ops!

my biggest gripe is that its dark both before and after work :( that and it really limits my destinations! but will surely make the best of where i get to! :) thank you, Holly, always grateful!

Yes , I miss a lot of photo ops due to having to work. Wouldn't it be nice to not have to? Oh yeah! You're welcome!

exposure is sweet!!..and the profilishness gives an extra dimension, and shows how nice the flow is!..and of course the snow(w/a hint of autumn) is a nice added bonus, as well :D ..great shot, addam!

Gotta agree, I like the vertical much better. I just fell in love with that little sunburst when you showed these to me the first time. :]

I think the snow and leaves together makes for a perfect blending of seasons wrapped up into one photo. The snow in the foreground also has an interesting visual effect since you shot it with the wide angle. Really a great scene for the senses to take in, Addam. Beautiful job.

hehe :) if that sunburst was on the upper left sector i may have worked on the horizontal one more, always can go back earlier!

thank you for the thoughtful comment, LeeAnne!

really want to try and get some shots from down low and in the front, but even in low flow as here..the mist is relentless and on this particular visit..a lot of it froze in mid air..getting impaled by ice pellets is no fun! eitherway..thankful for the approval on the angle! :)

Nice falls & shot! IMO the white foreground snow pulls the eye away from the falls. Suggest you crop most of it out. Doing that though, the shot has less character. I guess it's a matter of preference. The water & sky behind are beautifully exposed (nice & soft!).

hey thanks, Jonathan :)

i see your point on the fg..ill play around with it a little, probably crop out a portion of the snow..as i do like that feature..but would also get rid of the dead space in the lower right as well. truly appreciate the feedback.
