what better way to spend the first true outing in Spring then a 4 mile hike through 20 feet of snow..with snow coming down?! probably many things!!..but luckily by the time i got to the base of the falls..the sky opened up just above for a brief moment to take some desired shots :]

the drop you see is 70 feet to give some scale to the snow..the snow clumps on the right..my trail

Beautiful shot Addam, a little jealous of that snow though;). I never got to that winter outing I had planned in February. It didn't snow once while I was on vacation that week :(.

aww..bummer :( hope you still got out to enjoy your time off :)

snow is still sticking around out here, they just opened one of the mountain passes ill be headin to this weekend..open meaning they uncovered the road from 20-30 feet of snow!
