being only a half hour away from my house, wallace falls is a destination to go when the snow prohibits me from other places. and out of all the many times i have been, always wanted to find a way to the base from the tourist outlook point.

well decided it was time to get a view that very few have seen and here it is, wallace falls from the base :]

please dont use my art unless i give you permission..i can be a pretty nice guy if you just ask :)
:thanks:

Looks like one of those places which people often say they never wan to leave.

Great shot, it looks like you had to stand in the water to get it. The deeper, dark colour of the water in the center creates a nice focus attraction. Sometimes it's hard to believe a place like this exists. :lmao:

Wait, this is Wallace Falls in Washington O_o I went there last summer and it was nowhere this spectacular from the trail I was on. Which trail did you take to get this magnificent view?!

:D thank you! yep, this is the one in washington. is less than 30 minutes from my place so have ventured there many a times..eventually needed a different view ;) is no "official" trail down there, but is a slight boot path just to the right of the lookout point..one i dont recommend as it isnt an easy scramble down and the last portion is about 10 feet of slick rocks to scale down..but really added a whole new level of awesomeness and well worth the efforts :)

That had to be quite the trek to get to the base here, but it looks like it was quite worth it. Great shot!:)

Your a brave man doing that with the dog, but tourist free definitely makes it worth the time! Your welcome Addam! :)

The thing that drew my eyes in this picture was the wonderful color in the pool at the bottom. I love the texture of the water that you captured in it as well!:aww:
