Xwot'qom by NWunseen Xwot'qom by NWunseen
whatcom falls in the heart of the city of Bellingham, WA.

whatcom is derived from the lummi word Xwotʼqom..meaning noisy water..and for a relatively small fall, it lives up to its name!

please dont use my images in any way without my permission..thank you :)

One of the things you and Lee Anne have in common: your work is so glorious that your technical mastery often takes a backseat. This is a really amazing shot on all levels. Masterful work, dear.

:blushes: will admit that the technical master is surely LeeAnne..but am very happy to know that the technical side is starting to combine with feeling for a full vision..has really been my focus this past year. thank you so very much, Terri..made such a big grin on my blushing face!

Definitely loving the foreground rock and the fern clinging to it for dear life! It's what makes this shot...so glad you could shimmy out onto that log to get it! =D
Beautiful work, hon!
